From the north

Exit the M25 at junction 6 and head south on the A22 proceeding towards East Grinstead. Once in the Lingfield area, go straight on over the roundabout by the Mormon Temple and Hobbs Industrial Estate is the first on the right.

From the south

Head north on the A22 through East Grinstead following signs for the M25. Once you are clear of the 30 mph limit, Hobbs Industrial estate is on the left on a straight stretch of road.
